I found AAA Action Septic Service to be timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, as well as easy to work with. My septic system was at extreme high level, actually backing up somewhat. I called two other septic pumping companies but got the run around on possible schedule. With AAA Action Septic Service, I was quoted a schedule which they were able to keep based on the distance they had to travel & felt good about the phone conversation I had with their office. AAA Action Septic Service showed up like they indicated. The job was to pump three 500 gal. tanks and vacuum my field lines. We had a plumbing contractor working on site as well who could not do the vacuum job but had other work to do. By the time AAA Action Septic Service started pumping and finished the three tanks, we ran out of daylight. We both agreed that it would be to our advantage for them to come back the next morning in which they showed up promptly the next morning as promised to finish the job. I feel that we got a good vacuum job on the field lines and the three tanks. I will call AAA Action Septic Service first any time I have underground sewer issues from now on. Our septic system went out yesterday. Husband figured it was the pump. So, we called another company, and they never showed up. Then, a friend recommended AAA Action Septic Service, and it was around 7 pm when he called them, and first thing this morning, their guy, Zach, was out here and had it up and running in under an hour – and we got a better deal than the other place! Will definitely be using them from now on!

I saw Isaac, the tech, at a convenience store, 1/4 mile from my home. I asked him a few questions regarding my septic system. He told me he could follow me home and do an inspection. It was late afternoon. I’m sure he was on his way to the shop. He was by himself (no helper). He accessed both tanks, performed the necessary service, well after dark. He told me that the company advertises 24/7, and they abide by that statement.

Opened septic tank and it looked full, so we called them, and the owner stopped by at 12:15 am. Knew what the issues were – motor and circuit burned – and fixed it. After a week of historic freezing temperatures, our septic system backed up and house wouldn’t drain any more. Called the last pumping company I used, and they couldn’t get to it for several days. Called another company on recommendation, and they were nice folks, put me in the next day schedule. But after noon, I called to see when they would be here, and they were having a mechanical problem on their truck and weren’t sure when or if they would get it done that day. Not wanting to be without bathrooms longer, I called AAA Action Septic Service, and they were prompt in getting back to me and even had someone out within 2 hours of my call, on a Saturday after the week we’ve had. Impressive! The guys who showed up were very knowledgeable and courteous. Even showed me a hidden access to the solids tank I didn’t know was there after living here 8 years. Nobody has told me about it before, even the last pumping company, which exposes some deficiencies with the service providers I have been using. And the pricing was very reasonable. This is a great company! The only ones open after hours that I found! I ran over the electric box that powers the leach fields to my septic system with the lawn mower. We purchased our home over a year ago, and no one in the process explained what we needed to do to care for the aerobic septic system. When two of the pumps broke down and flooded our yard, we called AAA Action Septic Service, and they came right out, cleaned it all up, and quickly fixed our problems.
